Kupwara,January 15 (Scoop News)-Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Ahmad Khan today visited border district Kupwara. During the visit, the Advisor convened separate meetings with PRIs including DDC Members, BDC Chairpersons and District Officers in the meeting hall of the District Administrative Complex Kupwara.
