and president obama has declared that part of colorado a disaster area. take a look at these images. they are astounding. just astounding. the power and force of that water flowing. the rescue you re looking here was happening southeast of boulder where a man was trapped in a submerged flippedover car but the rescuers got him out okay. the raging waters taking down this woman in boulder and onlooker came to her rescue and pulled her out of the water and to safety. a few cars out there out there, hopefully, just parked and not clear if anyone is inside but those cars are covered in water. residents who don t have to leave are told stay home, stay off the roads. that is what indra is constantly telling people to do. you saw how that woman was pulled in that raging water. ireporter sending in this picture of a car pushed off the road into a ditch. this dog looks very happy.
rapidly. i want to bring on the phone keith all that, a cnn i-reporter and a resident nearby. right now i m standing over here in front of the iconic squaw mill bar which has been around forever. it looks like the fire has now spread on to the saw mill. and there are people just standing outside crying. it is very sad. people are standing outside crying, you said. yes, yes. i just saw two people walking from the boardwalk. i was told that their businesses over there, head to stand on the boardwalk and they were over there crying, walking on the road. neighbor one good sign about this. is sea side park has two piers. this fair is at the fun town pier which did not rebuild after super storm sandy. they rebuilt the stretch of boardwalk in front of it so that s all new. but they did not rebuild that pear. they were going to rebuild i for this winter for the 2014 season.
diana nyad completed an historic swim from cuba to florida today, becoming the first person ever to do it without a shark cage. scores of people expressed support for her on the beach and online including president obama who tweeted congratulations diana nyad, never give up on your dreams. this video show as d.c. harbor police boat accidentally crashing into two parked boats on the georgetown waterfront. the ireporter said everyone was shocked. the one sank and had to be towed away. fortunately nobody was on board. no injuries were reported. and ruth bader ginsburg is the first justice to officiate a same-sex wedding.
