Leader-Post Foundation Inc (LPF) has donated $400,000 to the University of Regina to help update their journalism program and keep the curriculum technologically current.

A few weeks ago, I had yet another conversation with Heather Persson that did not radiate “boss talks to employee.”
Heather, as editor-in-chief of the Regina Leader-Post and Saskatoon StarPhoenix, always seemed like a friend who also happened to be deservedly entrusted with authority.
