Cafe aMusee opened this week at The Hershey Story at 63 W. Chocolate Ave. with dessert pizzas, hot chocolate bombs and syringes filled with warm chocolate ganache. “We’re in Hershey. This is a town founded on milk chocolate and Milton Hershey,” said Angela Megoulas, Café aMusée co-owner. The cafe slides into the former Pantry Cafe and is designed to appeal to tourists and local residents. Megoulas and partner Irene Gekas, who also operate Gourmet Grille and Gyro.GRK at Hersheypark, envision a community atmosphere with outdoor dining, catering and pop-up events.

Submitted photo Facebook Share An American bistro with a French twist is en route to Hershey. “We’re really proud to bring a locally owned business to downtown Hershey,” said Angela Megoulas, Café aMusée co-owner. “We’ve developed a great menu that balances unique selections with more classic food items.” She’s joined in the venture by friend and business partner, Irene Gekas. The two have operated restaurants at Hersheypark for about 18 years, and owned 2201 in the Boro in Camp Hill in the early 2000s.
