Officials from the MFB told Express on Monday an inspection carried out after the incident revealed that the fire guidelines were not implemented by the hotel management and the MFB will be disconnecting the electricity and water connection to the building.
A total of six persons were rescued from the incident, out of which, three persons have died and two are under treatment at the VN Desai hospital, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation's (BMC) disaster cell informed.
