Reporter and so weve had over the last 24 hours or so toms river folks here in ortley ca beach bringing in hundreds of truckloads of sand, dumping it around the area of Joey Harrisons. This is the most exposed area of toms river. Trying to hold back the ocean as best they can for this next high tide were expecting in a few hours.
