Indifra plans to raise ₹14.04 crore via the issue, which is entirely a fresh issue of 21.6 lakh shares by promoters of the company. The price for the IPO has been set at ₹65 per share.
Investors can bid for 76 shares in one lot and in multiples thereafter. About 75% of the offer is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors and 10% for retail investors

The Mumbai-based company exports specialized plastic products for home improvement and furnishings, and intends to use the IPO s funds for debt repayment, working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The IPO consists of a fresh equity issue of up to 46.99 lakh equity shares of face value of INR10 ($0.14) each and an offer for sale of up to 1.5 million equity shares by selling shareholders with a price band of INR101-107 per share.
