This updated roadmap shared on Twitter reveals that the under-display Face ID technology will be accompanied by a circular cutout for the front-facing camera.
After years of just notches, Apple is now expected to release iPhones with dual punch holes, under-panel Face ID hardware and all under-panel cameras between this year and 2026. Also, the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max are now believed to feature larger display sizes than their predecessors.
