Bruce, one investigator told me we could literally stand in any part of cedar rapids and still be in the middle of a problem area. Thats because the burglary cases so far this november are literally scattered all around the city. Police suspect there are two different groups, not connected to each other, responsible for the sudden increase in burglaries so far this month.
