A man convicted on two counts of first degree murder is now dead. Elias back in september of 2015, Jerry Dillinger shot and killed Loretta Dillinger and another man. During his Court Appearance earlier this year, he plead guilty to both charges of first degree murder. After pleading guilty, dillinger declined a trial and asked to be sentenced on the spot. Dillinger was to serve two consecutive life sentences at oakdale prison. And was ordered to pay restitution to both loretta and the robinson families. Today, he was found dead from an apparent suicide at the iowa medical and Classification Center in oakdale.
