A Charles City man who grabbed, hit, and strangled a woman has been sentenced to probation, according to KIMT. 36 year old Dean Naeve admitted that he and his victim got into an argument on September 28th. That argument led Naeve to grab, hit and choke the woman before trying to take her purse. .
