In the south division of the cmpd police department. Homicide detectives developed probable cause and made an arrest the subject arrested is mrs. Feldmans son, irwin j. Feldman. The detectives have continued to work on the case since it occurred and like i said they developed probable cause to make this arrest today. I would love to be able to get into the specifics but what i can tell you is that interviews and physical evidence led us to the point where we made the arrest today. And i know during the time this incident occurred there was great concern in the neighborhood and fear and trepidation which i understand, i share those fears.
