SOUTHBURY A trooper initially under investigation on a sexual assault allegation has been arrested on a computer crime charge Tuesday.
Jose Campos, 30, was arrested by his own agency in Hartford on a charge of third-degree computer crime, according to his attorney Ioannis A. Kaloidis.
