JOLIET, IL A 32-year-old Minooka resident was arrested this week by Joliet police in connection with allegations that he put electronic tracking devices on the car of a woman who was at the Inwood Ice Arena last November.
Criminal defendant Vincent Vince Stellato knew the woman he is accused of tracking with an electronic device from the Joliet Park District property at 3000 West Jefferson St., police reports show.
The woman reported the incident last November.
