As informed by INVL Baltic Real Estate (hereinafter – the Company), on 26 June 2023, a sale and purchase agreement of shares was concluded with Nesė Group.
The audited consolidated net profit of INVL Baltic Real Estate group amounted to EUR 4.2 million, the revenue was EUR 3.4 million for the period of 2022.
The net asset value of INVL Baltic Real Estate, as provided in the Articles of Association section XII 'Valuation of assets of the company and calculation.
