Members of Bray Municipal District voted last week to ask the Oireachtas to have a full open and democratic debate before the Dáil votes on CETA ratification. Cllr Joe Behan proposed a suspension of standing orders to discuss the matter, with support from Cllr Rory O Connor. CETA is a trade deal between Canada and the EU.
