中央宣布13日微解封，同時「開放」地方政府彈性調整政策，其中關於餐廳內用問題，多個縣市延續三級警戒作法，只能外帶。面對微解封的相關政策，王淺秋說，「有政府會來亂，三級片微解封搞的大家好亂，景氣連四個月亮紅燈，失業率創新高，無薪假破2萬人，完全理解開放和防疫之間政府的兩難，但開放也不要半吊子亂開放，自相矛盾標準不一，把人民都搞崩潰了，或是要大家互相檢舉？」
