Cub Scout Pack 187 of Cheboygan recently visited the Inverness Fire Department and spoke with some firefighters to learn about fire safety and what to do in the event of a fire.
With several fires happening around Cheboygan County in the last three months, local fire officials are encouraging families to practice fire safety and have escape plans in place.
