8月1日起，这些人的待遇将大幅提升！分享到：《通知》统一了参保缴费办法。规定用人单位招用的农民合同制工人统一按照城镇职工缴费比例缴纳失业保险费。阶段性降低失业保险费率期间，用人单位费率为0.7%，个人费率为0.3%。阶段性降低失业保险费率政策期满后，按照国家、省规定的用人单位和个人费率标准执行。《通知》统一了待遇标准。规定在本市就业后终止（解除）劳动关系的农民合同制工人，失业后与城镇职工按相同条件及程序申领并享受失业保险待遇。2021年8月1日前，农民合同制工人不缴纳失业保险费、单位为其缴纳失业保险费的时间按70%计算为单位和个人的共同缴费时间，余数不满1个月的，按1个月计算，与2021年8月1日后的实际缴费时间累计计算领取失业保险金期限。领取失业保险金期限最长不超过24个月，折算或累计后缴
