That is when they were hit by another vehicle. They were trapped between those two cars. They are 15 years old and 17 years old. Two other girls in the car were not hurt. The driver of the other car who victim had minor injuries. Crews are working to clean and mcdowell. He saw the flooding. This happened at the peak of the morning commute.
