We are delighted to welcome you back this morning to talk about the future of us relations with europe and to take some questions from me and some of you in the audience. In terms of people wanting to see something out of china why is the white house choosing to call china a strategic competitor at this moment . To push beijing to do more north korea . Nick they are mandated on the strategy. China is the perfect perfect example of the approach they want to take, that confrontational approach signaling the past administrations. The challenge there is reflective of bigger challenges that the administration faces, which is the Administration Needs china, particularly in dealing with north korea. We will really have to wait and response to this, because the administration has said china is crucial to eliminating the north Korea
