Voted on a temporary plan, and were learning that proposal calls for paying city workers every 28 days instead of every two weeks. The mayor broke down why he believes it will work. If we could move the pay period from a 14day pay period to a 28day pay period, we would be able to keep not only the city open in april, but certainly in may and june.
