On surveillance tape. And epic win to epic fail. The table tennis champion that lost more than the shirt off his back. Where did breaking free prove so costly . And we do say good morning, america. You can respect the fact of just getting caught up in e moment . I never celebrated anything. I was riveted. You know i was watching that pingpong championship like anybody else just riveted. Taking off the shirt may have cost him. Maybe gone a little bit too far. It was a big, big match, the world cup. That is coming up. First the news, the latest on kaci hickox. Back in maine this morning, but not home yet. And there is so much confusion now how to handle those people battling ebola. The cdc has one set of rules and the military and states going further. We will sort through it. But right to the developing story out of hawaii. The red hot lava threatening to wipe out a town on the big island. The flow is closing in on homes and key roads. And rob marciano was just on the front lines in pah
The maine went down in savannah harbor and we went to war in april of 1898 with spain and then we won puerto rico, the philippines had control over cuba and so on. We salvage some of the items from the maine the next year and then in 1910 started to bring up the maine and in 1912 after taking off all the items the sailors that were still towed it out get in a very solemn ceremony. A number of the items came to the smithsonian. One of them where the Steering Wheel of the maine and George Washingtons uniform was regarded at the time in the early 1900s as this great symbol of the american nation and of course your member at the time, remember the maine was the same so it really precipitated the war. Pingpong diplomacy, as mitch just said, an extraordinary moment in 1971 when this deeply engrained antagonism that existed for 22 years between china and the United States suddenly fractured, and it all seemed to happen in the blink of an eye. And the story goes it was these pingpong players who started the process, rather than politicians, and the press loved it because it was the spontaneity and it was almost too good to be true. A story of a Young American who befriends a young chinese, and together the two guys start this process that changes the world. Thats what we were taught. If we know anything about pingpong diplomacy thats probable my what you know. Its a pack of lies. It falls very neatly into what everyone wanted you to know, this kissinger and nixon but its note full story, and this is about the full story

Its such a driver for
the economy as well. So many people

Reporter scott, as you can see the rain is starting to pick up again. Now, this overturned chair, this sink, all of this insulation around me didnt come from the building right behind me. It came from a trailer home across the street more than 70 yards away, giving you a sense of the power of this storm. The view from this drone camera brings the path of destruction into focus. This Oklahoma City motel reduced to rubble. Jimmie oquinn was a motel guest. Kept coming, it kept coming. We lost everything. Got nothing.
