I have been covering this story since saturday. One thing we tonight that might be a sign that things are returning to normal is that the buses are running. Last night, they stopped early in the evening, but now they are running, and people are optimistic that this is the turn they were hoping for and that things will way returned to normal, but we are pretty much the only people out here right now.
