In the male dominated transport industry, women face structural barriers to entry and progression, are more vulnerable to violence and harassment, and are constantly invisibilised in decision making.   Young people are entering a world of work characterised by increased precarity, reduced wages and employment conditions, and more insecure futures. In an increasingly hostile world, migrant workers are more vulnerable to violence, exploitation and fewer protections. And LGBTQI+ workers are still forced to hide their identity.
