U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seize Counterfeit Heaters
The flow of counterfeit products keeps coming through the border daily and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection is doing their best to try and stop it.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Field Operations officers at the International Falls Port of Entry had their eye on a railcar container on its way to Ranier, Minnesota, upon inspecting the container last Friday officers discovered a load of counterfeit infrared zone heaters.
In total, U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized 780 heaters, if the goods had been real the estimated manufacturer’s suggested retail price would have been just over $260,000.
