Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock has sold Kimball Place, a two-building, 72,786-SF office complex on 8.5 acres at 456 N. Kimball Place in Boise, Idaho, for $13.4 million to 456 Kimball Place LLC.
During its ownership, the real estate investment partnership made several improvements to Kimball Place. The firm said it gave the exterior a fresh modern look and added tenant amenities.
“I’m very pleased that our team was able to deliver this outstanding result for our investors and marks our 4th consecutive disposition that exceeded initial return expectations,” said Dan Andrews, managing partner, said in a news release.
