She will report to President & CEO Gerard Roose. Alana Rosol, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer Rosol, who has been with Inteva since 2016, will assume her new position and take responsibility for Inteva s global financial operations on July 16. She succeeds Bill Dircks, who has elected to retire on July 16, 2021, after 6 years with Inteva Products. They have worked together over the last several months to ensure a successful transition.
