Windsor Elk Grove Care Center, in partnership with Interim Hospice, hosts a butterfly release and remembrance ceremony.
Elk Grove Memorial Garden ELK GROVE, Calif. (PRWEB) April 28, 2021 Windsor Elk Grove Care and Rehabilitation Center (“Windsor”), providers of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Elk Grove, California, in collaboration with Interim Hospice, hosted a butterfly release and remembrance ceremony to honor the lives of those who passed away during the COVID pandemic.
Windsor staff and residents, as well as the facility’s medical director and attending physicians, were invited to attend the memorial. A live feed via Zoom was available on the TVs in the resident rooms for those who could not attend outside. Families of the residents that passed away were also invited to participate in the

Wilbur E. “Butch” Roby, 76, of Lakeview, OH passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at his home.
A gathering of remembrance will be Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at Shoffstall Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St., Lakeview. Inurnment will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 23, 2021 in Hale Cemetery, Mt. Victory, OH with military honors performed by the Logan County Veterans Honor Guard.
Memorial contributions in Butch’s name may be given to Logan County RTC or Interim Hospice of Lima.
Arrangements are in the care of Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Condolences may be expressed at shoffstallfuneralhome.com.
