American casino operator Penn National Gaming Incorporated has announced the signing of a deal that is to give it ‘second skin’ access to any future New York mobile sportsbetting and iGaming market.
The Wyomissing-headquartered firm used an official Monday press release to detail that the 20-year arrangement was inked with the Capital Region Gaming enterprise of compatriot Rush Street Gaming, which is responsible for the 165-room Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady. As such and the company declared that its Penn Interactive subsidiary will now be looking to supply iGaming aficionados in ‘The Empire State’ with access to its Barstool Sports-branded mobile sportsbetting app should local lawmakers pass the appropriate legislation and consequently grant it pertinent ‘regulatory approvals.’
