Saini, 68, was hit by a speeding cab while riding with fellow cyclists. Despite wearing a helmet, he suffered severe injuries and was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. The cab driver, Hrishikesh Khade, has been booked for rash and negligent driving causing death.
