Police say the little boy was sitting in his moms car at this Wells Fargo Bank across the street. The thief jumped in the car but only made it a short distance, then ditched the car over this alley way where you see the two lights. Thats when a stranger jumped in to help. That kind person reunited the son with his mother. The stranger followed the stolen car and helped the child after the car was left behind.
