Administration presented the Devonian Business Park subdivision tender to members of council during the virtual meeting on April 26, 2021.
The Devonian Business Park subdivision includes the extension of Derrick Drive to connect with Highway 19 as well as infrastructure and utilities services, the construction of a stormwater management facility and site grading. A project budget of $4,340,683 was approved by council as part of the 2020 Capital Plan.

Council accepted the presentation on Devonian Business Park Subdivision Tender and awarded the contract to Integrity Infrastructure Inc. in the amount of $3,656,639. Council also approved up to $50,000 from the New Utility Reserve for Natural Gas to be used for the project’s natural gas services.
