Impressed with how the staff conducted themselves seven days a week, 24 hours, essentially, shifting shifts and working in the energy and so my hands off to the staff, of the puc and how they monitored it this far and dealt with it and i cant see the improvement that is need to do and you are clear of that and i applaud that as well. And i dont think that the rate payers are a lot and the citizens get an opportunity to see those inner workings and had you had an opportunity to see the command center and the response of the staff and i think that you would have been nothing less than impressed with the out standings efforts.
