Beginning in 2015, the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law Delta Divorce Clinic started helping low income citizens in the Arkansas Delta obtain divorces. Since 2015, the Delta Divorce Clinic has helped over 80 low income Arkansans obtain divorces. “Many of the cases involve clients who have been separated for long periods. For example, we have helped people get divorced who have been separated for 10, 20, 30, and even 40 years”, said Suzanne Penn, the Director of the Delta Divorce Clinic.
