Des Moines, IA- A Southeast Iowa man is facing felony charges following an investigation of insurance fraud. TV Station KTVO reports that 33-year-old Stephen Allen Allgood Jr of Eddyville, has been charged with one count of Insurance Fraud-Presenting False Information, following an investigation by the Iowa Insurance Division's Fraud Bureau. According to criminal complaints, Allgood submitted fraudulent documents and made false statements regarding an auto insurance claim. Allgood turned himself in after a warrant for his arrest was issued by the Appanoose County Sheriff's Office.
