He is personally experienced the kind of treatment that produced an interest in addressing this issue at the federal level so i want to call on senator scott to give his thoughts about where we are. Theres no doubt in the earliest conversations about the process that should be undertaken to address the serious issues confronting the communities of color and so many individuals within those communities if thats not the most important way for us to do so is to have an open process thank you for having an open process that allows us to engage in a real debate
