For the legitimacy issue thats crucial, because there has to be a political solution and youre absolutely right. The problem is the political elite, what we are seeing is an election that most of them are the same guys. They are a known quantity and they dont have much respect in the street. Nevertheless, there has to be a timeline for elections. The interim president talks about july. The parliament met two days ago, and they agreed on a timeline that there might be elections, but they havent picked july as a date. As for the military, there is a window of opportunity. He has lost a lot of support in the coup. A lot of support. Thats one. Number two, youve got friends now and banco. And they have a possibility to exert pressure to get the military out of business. So that is a window right here. In which you can empower the civilian institutions at the expense of the military. But unless theres a political solution, we are not going anywhere. This thing does not get better with time. That is, you know, that is the challenge that theyre facing now. Theyve already put this off one week. Theyre going to have to watch and see how mccain does before they make any final decisions. What that means is that we may get more information from the Congressional Budget Office about what this bill will include. Youll remember that those additions from ted cruz and mike lee, that amendment was actually not sent to the cbo in full form. So, were waiting to see if they might have more time to look at that. That could have negative ramifications for their chances of passage because one of the lines of thinking has been, okay, well try to make the cbo score look a little less severe and hopefully come back and not scare people off the way it did last time.
