我国城市将一年一"体检"：检什么、怎样检、何时检-中新网

　　自然资源部相关负责人介绍，我国定期开展城市体检评估，就是为了及时发现城市空间品质的短板和风险，为政府决策提供参考，针对性地优化国土空间规划安排，针对性地调整政府投资重点领域等，进而提升城市治理水平，让我们的城市更加宜业、宜居、宜乐、宜游。　　因此，《规程》从安全、创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享6个维度设置了城市体检评估的具体指标，涵盖生态、生产、生活等方面。其中基本指标33项，如人均年用水量、地下水水位、耕地保有量、建设用地总面积、城市常住人口密度等，是各个城市进行体检评估时必须要选用的。还有89项推荐指标，各城市可以根据自己的发展阶段和重点任务选择使用。围绕这些指标，城市可以与其他城市做横向比较，也可以与自己的过去做纵向比较，找差距、找短板。　　记者看到，�
