Flowers and wreaths at the Victory Monument in Minsk were laid by Chairman of the State Border Committee Konstantin Molostov and officials of the committee, cadets of the Institute of the Border Service, command and officers of the Minsk garrison, veteran border guards and activists of the Belarusian BRSM Youth Union.
