Conflict over community college bachelor's degrees reaches Idaho

The state’s four-year colleges and universities opposed a two-year college’s proposed business degree, citing program duplication. Experts say that’s the wrong argument. About half of all U.S. states now allow at least some of their community colleges to offer baccalaureate degrees.
