天全县境内河流纵横，贯穿全境的思经河，由多股山泉汇集。丰富的水源，适宜的水温和含氧量，让这里成为发展冷水鱼产业的理想之地。
2012年，润兆鲟业落户天全，正是看中这里的水域资源优势。经过9年以上的生态养殖，如今一期工程的圆形培育池里，鲟鱼种鱼达45万斤以上，年出产商品鱼150万斤。
目前，投资1.2亿元的二期项目正在建设。傅文杨介绍，二期修建75口标准化全流鱼池，养殖水面面积25000平方米，项目建成达产后，预计年营业额可达6000万元以上。
“不同于一般的网箱养殖和鱼塘养殖，利用高山冰雪融水，实行流水生态养殖，全程科学管控。”傅文杨说，因此，园区得以孕育出享有“黑色黄金”美誉的世界顶级美食 鱼子酱，直供全球多家顶级餐厅。
