POLICE confirmed that a man was stabbed following the late-night incident in Mold. A spokesman confirmed that, at around 10pm last night, officers from North Wales Police were made aware of an incident that occurred at Bryn Garmon, Mold. They arrived to find a 61-year-old man had sustained a non-life threatening injury from a weapon. He remains in police custody. No one else is being sought in relation to the incident. A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called shortly after 10pm last night, Thursday 22 April, to reports of a stabbing at an address in Mold, Flintshire, but were not required by police to attend.”
