Okunade said the offence committed is punishable under Section 390(9), 413(1) and 516 of the Criminal Code Cap C16 Laws of Ekiti State, Nigeria, 2012. Counsel to the defendants, Barr. Sunday Balogun urged the court to grant his clients bail, promising that they would not jump bail if granted. The Magistrate, Mr. A.O.
