non-cognizable
complaint
was
registered
at
Yavat
Police
Station
in
Pune
on
January
15,
2021.
According
to
the
complaint,
he
allegedly
slapped
and
abused
a
person
over
an
incident
of
road
rage
on
the
same
day.
The
offence
is
registered
under
sections
323,
504
and
506
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code.
According
to
reports,
the
complainant
Kailash
Satpute
had
dashed
into
Manjarekar s
car
from
the
back mistakenly while
on
the
way
to
Solapur.
