Tadinya berharap PPKM level 4 turun ke level 3 dengan memperhatikan kasus Covid-19 yang semakin menurun di DKI Jakarta, sehingga mal dan pusat perdagangan lainnya sudah bisa buka sehingga ada harapan untuk bangkit.
