The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has recalled grocery items sold across Canada for reasons that could pose a serious health and safety risk to Canadian consumers. The CFIA has issued several recall warnings, many related to foods with undeclared ingredients, Salmonella and Listeria contamination, and the presence of extraneous materials.
