Kota Kinabalu: Lucro Investments VCC Renewable Energy Fund (REF) – a fund domiciled in Singapore – has partnered with Innoprise Synergy Sdn Bhd (IS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yayasan Sabah Group, Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd, to form a joint venture aimed at addressing Sabah’s critical electricity shortage.
Kota Kinabalu: A joint venture between a Yayasan Sabah Group company and a Singapore fund has been formed to invest RM12 billion to address Sabah's critical electricity shortage, according to a statement.
YAYASAN Sabah sealed a joint-venture agreement with G Capital Berhad to produce renewable energy through mini hydroelectric power plants throughout Sabah to complement the State’s electricity supply generation.
