what we have done is try to create neutral food tastes so if the food is bland, at least they are not having something that they find objectionable. once you re here a little bit, you re like, you know what? it s really not that bad. a little salt would be nice, and pepper. but other than that, it s, you know, it is hard. you keep looking over your shoulder at the other chef here. how come? i work for him, so that s like the boss. so i ll make sure i don t say anything too bad. i don t want to offend him or say anything out of line. i m sure i ll have a little talk with him when we re done with this conversation. back at the limon correctional facility, we encounter perhaps the most unusual of all inmate meals. prepared for us by captain hubbard it s a sort of self-contained meal for inmates who tend to throw their food in their cells, or at others. what we ve got here is
