An accepted statistical norm is that one in five families has a loved one diagnosed with Mental Illness. And because of that, it means that nearly every single one of us across the country has a loved one who has a diagnosed Mental Illness. There are many ways in which this issue is responded to but in particular in the faith community, the National Association of Mental Illness have faith based initiatives.
